The new L’Oréal building in Madrid has a total surface area of 18,000 m2 over seven floors. It has offices, a cafeteria, reception and demonstration areas for visitors and common areas for employees. It is has been equipped with latest-generation acoustic and air-conditioning control technology, strictly fulfilling environmental standards.
The offices are equipped with approximately 8,000 m2 of dividing partitions; a special version was made with an upper transparent section, a solid section at the bottom and horizontal decorative panels.
