Realia Tower is the higest one of the two ‘Torres Fira’ located in Plaza Europa in l’Hospitalet del Llobregat, in front of Barcelona’s Fira II. This tower is well know because of its worldwide well known architect Toyo Ito. Cushman&Wakefield have been the company in charge of the recent interiorism offices, exhibition, sales and meeting rooms Project.
The modernity of the building also appears in the offices, whose refurbishment has been done by ARLEX, it is featured by high funcionalities, features and design : transparent spaces, light signal systems and ‘sensitive’dispensers attached to the entrances, videowall with side-lightning, sensitive materials use into the Spaces, multi-functional blackboards included walls and storage rooms, multi functional rooms that could be fit with moving dividing walls and modular closet furniture.
