Project carried out in double-height floors in the Sainz de Oiza building at Castellana 81, an emblematic building located in the heart of Azca, with double-glazed partitions and high acoustic resolution with self-supporting partitions in meeting rooms and workspaces with integrated ceilings.
The project idea brought about a change in the way of working, in which space plays a fundamental role as a facilitator of the new work model. To achieve this, there has been a shift from predominantly enclosed spaces to a completely open office where the operational part is complemented by formal and informal meeting areas, concentration spaces, and areas for receiving clients.
